I've always been nervous about doing yoga in a class, but the instructor does a great job making everyone feel very comfortable. It was so nice to work with an instructor who cares not only about your technique in yoga, but also healing the whole person individually. I'd definitely recommend Yoga Soul to anyone looking for a unique, personal yoga studio in town.

Most studios say they offer "yoga" in one form or another. I have practiced for many years, and at many different studios, experiencing a wide range of capability and accessibility. This studio offers a deep understanding of what yoga really means. The instructors clearly understand the foundations, are capable and caring. It is a wonderful place to practice.
