Needed dish soap. Wanted the top brand I use. Ivory dish soap. Was told we haven't carried it for a long time. I know better. ...angry. do I want to shop else where? Not the first time I've been told that. Pickles nallets kosher. .don't carry them anymore. This makes me go somewhere else to shop. Why should I have to go to two different stores to get what I want?
This smiths needs to change their hours back to 24/7 or at least until 2am. I went at 11:45 and they were no longer letting people into the building. They had a staff member standing in front of the door turning customers away. While I was there there were at least 5 people turned away. I don't understand how turning customers away is good business. I also don't understand why I can't enter the store at 11:45pm when you close at Midnight. Please change your hours back or at least until 2am.
Very clean grocery store, that has a really good selection of both groceries, household items, clothing , etc. It's brand new and feels good. Prices are mid range. Selection is good for most items. They have self scan checkout and online pickup. There is a gas station in the parking lot. Good deli selection with hot prepared food. Produce is fresh.
All I needed was eggs and milk for morning. With 6 min. until close, there was a kid at the front door telling people they were closed. He let the people in front of me go in, but said he couldn't let anyone else in so they could close at 12. It would have taken me 2 min to get what I needed and it was too late to go somewhere else. I have been shopping at this location for as long as I can remember. Probably wont be shopping there anymore!
I love shopping at Smith's, I have been a regular shopper for over 20 years. The store keeps inventory stocked, I am very happy with the selection they carry. I trust what I buy to be fresh, and they have good prices. The coupons I receive in the mail are based on my regular purchases, so I get discounts on what I actually buy. This feature alone keeps me shopping at Smith's, I can't wait for their new store to open in St. George!
