This is the worst UPS Store I have ever done business with.
The service and attitude from the younger employees is actually much better, which is the only reason why I am giving this UPS Store two stars.

When it comes to sending packages, I always have to fill out the damn form even when sending to the same address. That was not the case at the last UPS Store I always used before moving.
Hate your job? Because that's the way it comes across from the people at this store. I go in about once a month. And nothing has ever changed in attitude. I was there last week. I'm hopeful that I can stop going in by setting up an account and using the drop box.
As for the mailbox, I haven't received mail sent to me m-o-r-e than once (yes, the senders had the correct address), have received other people's mail almost a dozen times since December 2016 and consistently receive a not-so-nice look from employees, most notably from the older gals working there, when I hand them mail that was inserted into the wrong box.
