While normally superstores don't have the greatest experiences given by staff, this Target made me feel otherwise this time around. When I asked a staff member in the electronics department about trying to find the best TV that was also one of the cheaper ones, he helped me not only get to the TV and leave me there, he gave me recommendations, info on the specs of the device, and did it all with a great attitude. When I went to the checkout stand, a lady told me she could help me as the line became long at the other stand. I went over and she talked with me as if she knew me, not just as a customer, but as someone she already knew. We talked during the transaction and as much as I wanted to talk to her more, I had to get going. This Target made me feel welcome, and as much as I have had a quick, unsatisfying experiences at other superstores, this one is the one that I will go to for all my other general needs for a long time.
Who doesn't like Target? The store has great selection and good prices. Remember the best deals are on the end caps. This store is dirty, and unkept though. The shelves were a disaster in shoes and clothing. It almost seemed like the staff was avoiding even having to speak with customers. I got an annoyed response when speaking with two different employees. Maybe it was a tough day at the store...
Great store! They say customer service can make or break a store. It is so true. I hadn't shopped there in over a year because how I was treated in the pharmacy. Well then just a couple of days ago I HAD to go there and I was not happy at all about it. Well it turns the ladies at the customer service were SO helpful. One of the things I needed was to know where something was out on the floor. They explained where it was and I set out to go find it. When I get in the area I couldn't find it. There was an employee that was busy doing something but I asked him where it was. He said give me one second please. He disappeared and then a second later he reappeared and took me right to the product. Now that's customer service making or braking a store
Good Target, lots of clothes (even a good selection of plus-sized clothing). The store was very clean and organized. As we were leaving, the store was closing, and the gal who helped us check out was very nice, friendly and helpful.
I wish their prices were more competitive! That's it. Their staff and everything is way awsome at the target here but just need lower prices.
