Love, love, LOVE this place! I can work out, relax, improve my skin, detox and so much more here. Such a great price for what you get, too. I'm so glad this place reopened. I've always loved the concept, and now, these new owners have made it even better, and they're super helpful and nice.
This place is cool and Shelley is very supportive! Very nice and upscale decor. The combination of fitness and pampering activities is a blast. Haven't had a lot of experience with yoga so I enjoyed trying that. It's nice to have your own little space to workout in the different rooms.
i have been an employee for about 3 months now and absolutely love it! Working at planet beach is the best job Ive ever had, everyone is super nice and friendly- employees and members! :) and Shelley the owner is the absolute best. There was a review saying that she doesn't pay her employees but that is completely false- if that was the case i'm pretty sure there would be no employees!! Overall, i have never liked working for someone as much as Shelley- and planet beach!! :)
Love the wide range of services and the personalized care. The Planet Beach system makes for an affordable spa experience without compromising quality. There are so many things to do here at an unbelievably low price.
Employees need to communicate better with their clients. Don’t tell me that my first service was free for signing up as a member and give me my money back and then later charge my card a month later without my permission. Completely not fair and unprofessional.
