Horrible experience. I felt them rip out my wisdom tooth as they didnt numb me enough. I started crying and screaming and the dentist told me if i didnt calm down they would put a bag over my face. After that they numbed me so much i couldn't even feel my ears.
My husband and I have been patients since we've moved to St.George and have been very pleased with the service and staff at Dr. Hall's office. He is very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly - in other words, a good dentist!
Best experience I have ever had with a Dental office. Dr. Hall made my smile perfect, he was very gentle and kind. His staff was amazing. Holly made my temporaries and she did such a great job, and made my experience awesome. I would highly recommend Dr. Hall's office to get your cleanings and work done.
Dr Hall did a crown for me. It didn't fit right and was very painful. It continued to give me problems so I had to have it re-done by another dentist. We also had payment arrangements with them. They were taking our payment directly out of our account. They then started taking double the amount agreed to. When we asked them about it and asked them to take what we had agreed to they quit taking anything and sent us to a very aggressive collection agency. It's a big mess now! Terrible dentist work and even worse billing staff.
It was a very relaxing and easy going visit! The dental hygienist who did the cleaning was very easy to talk too. The cleaning was gentle and seemed to fly by. The staff in the front office was very helpful with my questions on pricing and insurance availability. Dr. Hall was great at answering my questions and concerns. Thanks Imagine Family Dentistry!
