Yea sure the staff is friendly. HOWEVER, they are seriously crooks!!! I took my three kids here for their regular checkups. My kids have always had healthy teeth, braces, etc. They had zero pain. My dental insurance was decent but still required out of pocket expense. They said my daughter needed sealants. My son had 8 cavities. And my other son had 14 cavities! My cost would have been 1,600 dollars after insurance. I didn't have the money and opted to wait. During the six months until we were due again for checkups we swapped insurances and therefore had to swap dentists. Thank goodness!! The new dentist said my boys each had two, TWO, cavities and that they were not even bad enough to require filling at that time. AND my daughter had previously had sealants and they were not needed. Hmmm. They wanted to completely scam me but also give my children things that they did NOT need. Painful and unneeded things that tend to have their own side effects. Appalling!! I wouldn't send my worst enemy's dog here. Great service or no. Shame on Gentle Dentistry and Dr. Evans.
I've had good experiences with my appointments. the staff is super nice and do a great job at explaining whats going on with your mouth.
Love Gentle Dentistry! They are always giving great service, starting from the front desk! My cleaning today was super quick and they answered all my questions! Megan and Dr. Bergman did a wonderful job. Glad I found a great dentist in St. George!
I have had a lot of orthodontia done on my teeth, so I've become increasingly more sensitive to having dental work done. Dr. Evans and Megan were excellent! They addressed all of my questions before I could think of them. They were friendly and warm from the minute I walked in the door. I would definitely recommend them to everyone I know!
