love this place william clint kathy saved my wifes life.
Were very professional and accommodating when I had no idea what I was doing. I didn't have to wait long to see a doctor.
They don't listen, they only hear what they know they can prescribe but have no concern about you getting better. You have to take it upon yourself and let their perceptions run their course. They keep changing your prescriptions cause they don't really know what they're diagnosising, they're really careless about your health. I'm on antibiotics and will need a refill during the weekend which I can't be seen till after I run out of antibiotics, I've been dealing with an infection for 2 months and they think it's anxiety. I'm in pain, my body is hurting, my whole face, neck and chest is swollen. There's obvious signs I'm not in good health. I hope this infection doesn't get worse being off of antibiotics.
Slowest doctors office! Workers from front desk to the "Doctors" are the most inconsiderate people I've met. I get that it's a volunteer clinic but if I come in for a sore throat the first time and you say "it's not a bacterial infection so we have to let it run its course". Well a week later and my uvula is swollen and touching my tongue now. I go back and the doctor comes out to the waiting room (where it's not the brightest, with no light) takes a look at my throat and has the nerve to say it's Still not bacterial and that if it gets worse you should go to the ER.... I told him obviously I'm trying to avoid the ER that's why im here now. He then has me wait in the waiting room saying " hold on let me go see what another "doctor" has to say." 25 mins go by and it's now near closing and they send the front lady to tell me to come back tomorrow... I'm not a doctor but If someone's throat is swollen and in course of a week it gets worse and that person came in for a sore throat the first time I would at least prescribe an antibiotic. Not just send them home because you want to go home for the day.
Be grateful the area has this service which only cost you a donation of $10 for each visit. Be thankful for the service because these are all volunteers, donating their own time to help people. Perhaps you have to wait just be thankful its available to you. They are the Doctor, not you. If its your first visit in the office, they have to ask many questions to know your medical history and its going to take longer. Just be grateful the service is there. My gosh, it is not unusual to have bone fragments when they extract a tooth. I even had bond fragments appear after I paid an oral surgeon for this process. If you do not feel better within a few days, then call, get an appointment and get back into the office -- don't wait a week to go back in as a walk in. With counseling, you have to make a connection with that person. If it doesn't work for you, ask to see another counselor until you find one you click with. Very few areas have this type of medical service available... just be thankful.
