Just wish there were more direct ways to contact certian people, other than that its Just about learning along the way. Especially when things (in life period) are all new.
Incredibly rude on the phone and in person. Would not grant a continuance for when I was out of the state on business. Tried calling to plead my case which I felt was a legitimate reason, had to make expensive arrangements to make it back in time, which also reflected poorly on my employer since I missed my appointments I had been out of state for in the first place.
Make sure to go in ask questions and stay in communication for the best results is all I can say.
They really suck at sending mail. Apparently my sent me a letter stateing I'm behind on a ticket and they sent it march 29 2017 saying I have till the 5 of this month to pay it off.... Well I got the letter TODAY!!!! LIKE WHAT THE HELL.
They seem to never pick up the phone... and LOVE playing customer ping pong.
It's more so the way the law is set up.. And how its ABOUT MONEY rather than the actual start or root of the problem for people.. But that's not THEIR AREA of interest right. Its just simply "get through the system" and what's seen by the naked eye.
My experience with them has been pretty descent. When I have a question... They're willing to help, and try to give me direction and information.
Little miscommunication or confusion here and there, but nothing that I haven't experienced before.
Just had a representative hang up on me after waiting on hold for over 10 minutes. Also when requesting information on my recent payment details, the representative stated "Once that is paid, it goes in to the sky!" I am not familiar with the sky accounting system but if my tax dollars are contributing to this entity, shouldn't we have an account of funds paid? Another reason why government entities are a joke. They don't protect you. They just simply want your money and provide nothing in return.
