I have no problem with the power company's service. My disgust is that they send my bill by email (great) but when I log on to the site and print the PDF of my bill the following items are missing: The company name! If it weren't for the words "energy charge" I wouldn't have any idea who the bill belongs to. Also missing: The last 4 digits of the zip code and the phone number! Anyone who uses on line banking from ANY institution knows you can't set up a payee without this vital information! How can a company be so far behind the times? I did find a phone number on their web site but as it's Saturday there is no answer.
