Went to open a new account and for some reason the gal at the time needed assistance, but the person to help was, "Out to lunch" so she said she would call me in an hour....never called....went to another bank and they were more than happy to help and have my business.
Best branch. Always friendly and willing to do whatever they can for you. I go here often and have always been treated very well.

My most recent visit was awesome. Kayla was super helpful, she got me out of there in about 15-20 minutes. But I went in there a while ago needing a cash out refinance. My dad was helping me with this cash out refinance. He went into this branch before me, spoke with the manager about what I needed, and he said he'd be more than willing to help. Then I came in, spoke with the manager, introduced myself, and told him what I needed. The manager seemed to have no idea what I was talking about. I told him that my dad had just been in to speak with him about a cash out refinance. He still seemed to have no idea what I was talking about. I was hoping to keep my mortgage with Wells Fargo, but I ended up getting my cash out refinance with Guild Mortgage.
Wells Fargo finally called, a day later!!! Too late! I will never use Wells Fargo!!!
