As a small business owner I rely on my accountant for tax advice and protection from costly errors.
Unfortunately, I didn't receive the protection and ethical care I needed during an important life change (divorce). I did consult with with my accountant there at that time and asked them to make changes as needed so that I wouldn't owe taxes at the end of the year.

I think they need to stick to the huge companies that they work for, not small businesses. I just ended up paying for their fancy office.
They have done my taxes every year since I first began working out of high school. I live in Arizona now and still have them do them. Everything can be submitted and uploaded online. It's so easy. Great company, highly recommended.
Unknown to me they failed to make the tax payment changes needed (I'm too busy running my company to wonder if their doing what they're supposed to do) and I owed $10,000 on April 15th 2013. To me, that is a huge amount of money. What a shame they failed to help me when I met with them in May 2012.
